Your privacy matters. This policy explains, in plain language, what data we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have when using 64Plus.
1. Introduction
64Plus LLC ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and safeguard your information when you use 64Plus (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information needed to provide a clear, helpful experience:
Information you provide:
- Account details (name, email) when you sign up.
- Conversation inputs you send to Medicare Assistant.
- Optional information you submit via support, contact, or demo request forms.
- Optional personalization you choose to save: your medications, your doctors, your assessment answers, and the ZIP code, state, and county you enter to see plans for your area.
Information collected automatically:
- Device, browser, language, and approximate location.
- Usage events (pages viewed, features used, session duration).
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies.
64Plus is an educational platform, not a healthcare provider or insurer, and we are not a HIPAA covered entity, so we never receive medical records, claims, or insurance files. If you choose to save details such as your medications, your doctors, or your assessment answers, they are stored encrypted in your private account, used only to personalize your experience, never sold, and you can remove your saved doctors and medications anytime from My Health Profile. There is never a need to share payment card numbers in conversations; all payments run through Stripe.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve 64Plus.
- Personalize responses and content for your situation.
- Respond to questions, feedback, and support requests.
- Monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We never sell your personal information, and we never use your conversations to advertise insurance plans to you.
6. Data Security & Retention
We use industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical safeguards — including encryption in transit and at rest — to protect your information.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to deliver the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
7. Your Rights & Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@64plus.org.
8. Children's Privacy
64Plus is intended for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
